Assessment comes first

Care fees are determined after assessment based on the patient's condition, level of care required and agreed service needs.

Transport is included in your quotation

Transport charges are paid by the client and vary depending on the patient's location.

Payment before dispatch

At least 75% of the approved quotation must be paid and confirmed before a nurse is dispatched. Only verified payments count.
