How much notice should I allow to arrange a nurse?
Please allow at least 24 hours for Patiendra Home Nurses to prepare and arrange a nurse. Service remains subject to assessment, nurse availability, quotation confirmation and payment clearance.
This is a minimum notice period, not a guarantee of dispatch after 24 hours. Assessment, quotation approval, at least 75% verified payment, nurse availability, administrator assignment and a confirmed schedule are still required.
Where does Patiendra provide care?
Patiendra Home Nurses provides scheduled home nursing and caregiving services across Northern Uganda, subject to staff availability and travel arrangements.
How much does home care cost?
Care fees are determined after assessment based on the patient's condition, level of care required and agreed service needs.
There is no universal fixed price list. The quotation total includes the care fee, transport fee and any approved additional charges.
Who pays for transport?
Transport charges are paid by the client and vary depending on the patient's location. The transport charge is included in the quotation after the location has been reviewed.
Does a care request confirm my booking?
No. A care request starts a review and assessment process. Care is only arranged after the necessary approval, payment, nurse assignment and scheduling steps.
How much must be paid before a nurse is dispatched?
At least 75% of the approved quotation must be paid and confirmed before a nurse is dispatched. Only verified payments count.
Payment alone does not clear a visit for dispatch: the quotation must be approved, a nurse assigned and the schedule confirmed. Any remaining balance is tracked after service.
Can I choose or instantly book a nurse?
Nurse assignment is controlled by an administrator, based on assessed care needs and staff availability. This website does not offer instant nurse booking.
Is this an emergency medical service?
No. Patiendra provides scheduled home care. Do not wait for a website response in an emergency; seek immediate help from an appropriate emergency service or nearby health facility.
Can I send patient records through this website?
The care-request form asks for a short care summary and initial details only. There is no document-upload facility. Please do not submit detailed medical records or put patient information in page URLs. Read our Privacy Policy for information about care-request data.
